Website terms of use
Last updated 10 October 2026.
Draft, pending legal review.
1. Who we are
boltaccess.co.uk is run by Bolt Access Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. These terms
These terms cover your use of this website. By using it, you accept them. They don’t cover buying or using Bolt products and services: those come with their own contract, agreed through your installer or with us directly.
3. What’s on the site
We work hard to keep this site accurate, including saying plainly which features are available, in early access, in development or planned. It is still general information, not advice for your particular building, and not an offer. Specifications, features and plans can change. Before you rely on something for a purchase or an installation, check it with us or your installer.
4. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes. Please don’t:
- try to get unauthorised access to the site, its servers or anything connected to it;
- introduce viruses or other harmful material, or try to disrupt the site;
- scrape or copy the site in bulk, or send automated form submissions.
If you think you’ve found a security problem with the site or with Bolt, please tell us at [email protected] rather than testing it further. We’re grateful for reports made in good faith.
5. Our content
The text, drawings, design and the Bolt name and logo belong to Bolt Access Systems Ltd or the people who license them to us. You’re welcome to share links and quote short passages with credit. For anything more, ask us first. Other companies’ names and trade marks belong to their owners.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.
7. Our liability
We provide this website free of charge and as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of it, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Your data
How we handle anything you send us through the site is set out in our privacy notice.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
